MEXICAN Inspiration red snapper Ceviche

I love Mexican food in so many way I can´t explain. All the ingredients involved in this recipe are just so mouth watering that I could´t help but try them and see what will happen. See in Caribbean Costa Rica we use marlin as the ultimate fish for ceviche somehow I don´t feel it takes the flavor as well as many other fishes I have had for example in ....daaa yes you guess Mexico. So in this recipe I am trying Red Snapper for it is the most popular fish in the are the one the local fisher man bring home every day and is white meat am sure will take the flavors beautifully.

First step # 1

This are most of the ingredients I will use for the Mexican Ceviche. Red Snapper fillet, Red Onion, red sweet pepper, lemon juice, orange juice, mango, avocado, jalapeƱo peppers, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.

I chopped all ingredients fine, the red onion I slice the quarter just for presentation which does make a big difference in the flavor as well. Just buy looking at this color I already know this is healthy as well as gorgeous. I marinate the fish cut in small squares in the lemon and orange juice. half/half.

This looks gorgeous doesn´t it?

The avocado is added at the end so it doesn't get mushed while turning. You let ir sit for about 30 min on the fridge than you mix well so all ingredients get the flavors and when you are ready to serve you add the avocado. Avocados need to be handle with care so they don´t loose their pretty texture. I cut them on their peel which you do by holding them on the palm of your hand and making checkers with the knife than you take a spoon and scoop it out right on to the dish or in this case ceviche bowl!!

CREATE "MAGIK" IN YOUR KITCHEN

by Wanda Patterson on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 8:23am

Because there are so many magical ingredients right there in
your own kitchen.

Want to do a simple yet powerful protection spell?

Garlic is well known throughout the ages for its protective
properties.
Hang fresh garlic in your kitchen and over your doorways
to protect your home.

What about a potion for love?

All you need is some thyme and marjoram.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram into a
tea cup or tea ball.
Add hot water.
As it brews, visualize yourself opening up your heart to love,
and enjoying a fulfilling, loving relationship.
Strain, and sweeten with honey.
Before you drink the tea say something simple that states
your intention:

"Send love to me
So mote it be."

Need a spell for prosperity?

Many different types of nuts will bring you prosperity.
Gather cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, and peanuts.
Any combination of these will do; just use what you have
in the house.
Visualize your specific desire, and state it out loud,
while also stating your desire to harm none.
You can eat the nuts, while continuing to see your
goal in mind.

Feeling under the weather?

Use peppermint to make yourself a healing bath.
Take 1/4 cup dried peppermint, or 1/2 cup fresh peppermint,
16 oz. of baking soda, and 5 lemon slices.
Put the mint into a tea ball or cotton sock and let it
sit in the water as you draw a hot bath.
Pour in the baking soda and stir it with a wooden spoon.
As you stir, send healing intentions into the water
Visualize yourself healthy and well.
Now you can light some candles and soak in the
healing waters of the bath.

As you can see, there are many ways to use the ingredients
in your kitchen for simple and powerful magick spells.

You don't have to have a lot of experience to do these spells,
just some basic ingredients and strong intentions.

Much of the "magick" is the natural gifts
of Mother Nature, and knowing how to use these generous gifts.

The rest of the magick comes from YOU, your mind, your intentions, and your desires.
When you combine your intentions with the powers of nature, the result is what we call magick.
We all have that magick within us.

And when you know how to use it, you really can make your dreams come true!!!
